Rheanna Fontenot joined Lafayette Ballet Theatre in 2009 and was asked to join as a professional artist in 2015. As a second semester junior at University of Louisiana at Lafayette, the 20-year-old is working toward her kinesiology degree and graduation in the fall of 2018, with a concentration in pre-physical therapy.

During her eight years of dancing with LBT, Fontenot has had the opportunity to dance as the Spring Fairy in a production of Cinderella and the Marzipan Lead for The Nutcracker.

Christine Beaullieu, Elliot Trahan and Katelyn Musumeche dance together during a performance of the Nutcracker.
Katelyn Musumeche is a 20-year-old graduate of St. Thomas More pursuing her chemical engineering degree, with a minor in mathematics at University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She has been dancing with Lafayette Ballet Theatre for nine years — and can often be found taking long bubble baths with Epsom Salt to help relax her muscles after a taxing day of practice.

Anna Paddock, a 2016 graduate of the Academy of the Sacred Heart in Grand Coteau and a sophomore at the University of Louisiana civil engineering student, has been a dancer with Lafayette Ballet Theater since she was 11 years old. Always efficient with her time, the 19-year-old studies her Calculus notes before ballet class and relaxes her muscles afterwards with ice foot baths and a massage roller. All the hard work is worth it for Anna though, who believes the most worthwhile things in life take the most dedication.
